We track 21 beach wedding hotels in Bulgaria, spread along the Black Sea coast from Balchik and Golden Sands to Sozopol and Primorsko. The trade-off is size against setting. The largest halls sit in big resort hotels, so plan on a sea-view terrace or garden instead.
Beach wedding hotels in Bulgaria: the short version
All 21 coastal hotels on this page host weddings, and 11 publish at least a hall count or a capacity figure.
Among single hotels, International Hotel Casino & Tower Suites leads with 320 banquet and 600 theatre.
These hotels suit a wedding that doubles as a seaside holiday, with guests staying on site. They suit you less if you want a large ceremony on the sand or fixed prices up front, because hotels rarely publish them. You can request a quote from each hotel's page.

How they compare
The table lists every hotel here that publishes a capacity, sorted by largest banquet figure. A theatre layout usually seats far more people than a banquet layout in the same room, so compare like with like. Royal Castle gives 200 on its weddings page and 300 on its meetings page.

What to check before booking
Before you sign, put these five questions to each hotel on your shortlist.
- Capacity by layout. Ask for the seated dinner figure with your dance floor in place, not the theatre figure, which can be close to double.
- Exclusivity. Ask whether other events can run on the same day, and whether your terrace, garden or hall is yours alone.
- Outdoor backup plan. Wind and summer storms can move a ceremony indoors, so confirm the backup room seats every guest. For a ceremony on the sand, ask whether the hotel arranges permission for the beach.
- Catering minimums and extra charges. Get any minimum guest numbers, minimum spend on food and drink, corkage and late-finish charges in writing.
- Room block. Ask how many guest rooms the hotel will hold, at what rate, and when unsold rooms go back on sale.

Questions
How many guests can beach wedding hotels in Bulgaria seat?
Up to a few hundred at the largest resorts. In our data, the biggest banquet figures on the coast run from 250 to 412 guests, and theatre layouts reach 657. Ten of the 21 hotels publish no hall or capacity figure, so ask each one for the seated dinner capacity in your chosen layout.
Do beach hotels in Bulgaria publish wedding package prices?
Rarely. Three of the 21 hotels publish wedding packages, and only two publish any wedding charges, such as a deposit, overtime or corkage. We do not list prices on this site, so ask each hotel for a written quote that covers the ceremony, the dinner and any extras.
Can you hold the ceremony outdoors at a beach hotel in Bulgaria?
Yes, at some of them. Seven of the 21 hotels list outdoor spaces, mostly sea-view terraces, gardens and lawns. If a ceremony on the sand matters to you, ask early whether the hotel can arrange it and where you move if the wind picks up.
How far ahead should you book a beach wedding venue in Bulgaria?
As soon as you have a date and a rough guest count. None of the hotels we track publishes a booking lead time. Summer is also peak holiday season on the coast, so guest rooms fill early. Ask each hotel how far ahead it confirms weddings and what secures the date.
Who do you contact to arrange a wedding at these hotels?
Usually the events team. Eight of the 21 hotels publish an events email or phone line, shown in the cards above, and the two Albena hotels share one resort contact. For the rest, use the hotel's general contact and ask for whoever handles weddings, or request a quote from each hotel's page.
